Our Story

The committee of the Wynberg Ratepayers' and Residents' Association (WRRA) comprises a group of dedicated volunteers (see current Committee Members below) who alongside the members of the association work to improve, address and maintain local community concerns regarding local service delivery, preservation of heritage, crime prevention, infrastructure, culture and natural environments..

The Wynberg Residents & Ratepayers’ associations provide a forum to discuss concerns of ratepayers and residents.  Being a member of the rate payers association can be enormously rewarding, when seeing the significance of benefits to local community.

Further benefits of joining the ratepayers’ associations is that the WRRA can liaise directly with municipality & elected representatives. As a single presence with no political affiliations, the WRRA represents its members at all levels of municipal service delivery. Working as a collective group united as a Rate Payers Organisation ensures your community and investments in property and business are looked after.
